Delete your Ultimate Extractor account

You can start an account-deletion request here or from the mobile app. We verify account ownership, acknowledge the request immediately, and aim to complete eligible deletion within 30 days.

Account and product data

Eligible profile information, linked trading accounts, imported trade history, and saved settings are included in the review.

Billing is handled separately

A web subscription is not canceled by submitting this request. Cancel it in web billing settings if you do not want it to renew while deletion is processed.

Retention exceptions and help

We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or regulatory purposes. Those records remain restricted and are not used to continue providing the deleted account.
